Jisap exists today to make Modern Livestock Farming, an environmentally friendly and innovation and continuous improvement-based activity.

The breeding of pigs, and more specifically that of white coat pigs, is our main livestock activity; we also have Iberian pig farms. Beef, albeit symbolically, within our production, is as old as our company.

Group’s origin
Jisap has its origin from the entrepreneurial spirit of a self-employed man who began breeding pigs independently in the 60s. This entrepreneur was Juan Jiménez, who together with his family has taken the company to the present day, from being the mainstay of a family to becoming the guarantee of prosperity and stability for over 500 families directly and indirectly.
